02 — The Terrain

Recovery day
Hard blocks need real rest. Build a yoga or pilates session into your week with sunrise classes overlooking the rice paddies, beach walks at Trabucador, or a long, quiet float in the bay of Alfacs.
For the perfect day off, we send our athletes to Musclarium — a floating wooden bar in the middle of the bay, where you eat oysters, mussels and Delta rice straight off the water with your feet up. Pure Mediterranean reset.

03 — The Delta
Flamingos, salt flats, paella, oysters, mussels, the Trabucador and a floating bar in the middle of the bay. The Delta is the kind of place you come for the riding and stay for the rice.











04 — Logistics
